DBSM GSA trainees successfully conducted a Mocktail Practical Session. The trainees showed great confidence, enthusiasm, and active participation throughout the activity.
Before starting the practical, they conducted a proper briefing, similar to the standard procedure followed in hotels. They were also very confident in explaining the mocktails and their preparation methods.
It was encouraging to see their professionalism, teamwork, and communication skills during the session.
