On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Don Bosco Skill Mission organized a special session to promote the importance of physical and mental well-being through the practice of yoga. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from both students and staff.

The one-hour was led by Ms. Gouri Sakri, a student from the Cloud Practitioner Batch Three, who demonstrated excellent leadership and calm instruction throughout. She confidently guided the participants through a well-structured sequence of warm-up stretches, foundational yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and a short meditation session.

Ms. Gouri also shared valuable insights into how yoga supports better concentration, reduces stress, and helps maintain a balanced lifestyle – qualities especially important in today’s demanding world.

The celebration concluded with a group photograph and a short reflection period where participants shared their experiences and expressed gratitude for the session.
Overall, the event was a meaningful and refreshing reminder of the importance of holistic health. Don Bosco Skill Mission extends its heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Gouri for her dedication and inspiring leadership.
