Don Bosco Tech, a leading institution in skill training, hosted a two-day national convention themed "Skill Connect'25." The event brought together key stakeholders, including Technical Commission heads from each province, 77 Center Incharges, and 37 Don Bosco Tech Society staffs, under the leadership of Fr Geroge Mathew the executive director. Sattva Consultancy Services, an external agency, animated the "Skill Connect'25," creating a dynamic platform for participants to share insights, experiences, and innovative ideas. The convention aimed to foster a robust skilling network within the Don Bosco ecosystem.

Fr. Davis, the Provincial Incharge of the Technical Commission, delivered the keynote address, emphasizing the crucial role of all members in networking to equip youth with essential skills. Sattva Consultants then presented an insightful overview of "India's Skilling Landscape," setting the context for the subsequent discussions.

Participants were divided into six groups for focused discussions on critical areas:
