    Today, we had the privilege of hosting a series of insightful guest lectures delivered by esteemed professionals, each focusing on a key area relevant to student development and career readiness. The sessions were highly informative and engaging, covering a diverse range of essential topics:
    1.    Mr. Nithya Vijayabaskaran – Soft Skills and Body Language, (Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.)
    Mr. Nithya emphasized the vital role of soft skills in personal and professional success. He discussed effective communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, and teamwork. A key focus was also placed on body language—how posture, eye contact, gestures, and facial expressions can positively or negatively impact interpersonal communication and professional impressions.
    2.    Mr. Ashan Arzoo – Resume Building, (Hyderabad)
    Mr. Ashan provided a detailed overview of how to craft a professional and impactful resume. He highlighted the importance of structuring content clearly, tailoring it to specific job roles, using action-oriented language, and avoiding common mistakes. He also shared tips on showcasing skills, accomplishments, and experience to catch the attention of recruiters.
    3.    Mr. Saket Goenka – Interview Skills, (New Delhi)
    Mr. Saket shared valuable insights into how to prepare for job interviews with confidence and clarity. He discussed different types of interviews, common questions, and appropriate responses. Practical advice was given on how to present oneself professionally, handle stress, and demonstrate one’s strengths through real-life examples and achievements.
