    On October 4, 2025, Don Bosco Tech Society had the privilege of hosting an exceptional lineup of guest lectures that left students inspired, informed, and motivated for the journey ahead. The event brought together a group of distinguished professionals from across India, each sharing their expertise on key aspects of personal development, career readiness, and the evolving world of work. The day was filled with learning, laughter, and lively discussions—an experience that truly broadened horizons and sparked curiosity among all participants.

    The first session was led by Mr. Nithya Vijayabaskaran from Bengaluru, Karnataka, who captivated the audience with his session on Soft Skills and Body Language. Through dynamic examples and engaging interactions, he emphasized how communication, empathy, and emotional intelligence form the foundation of success. His demonstration of effective body language—whether through posture, gestures, or eye contact—offered students a deeper understanding of how subtle non-verbal cues can transform personal and professional interactions.

    Following this, Mr. Ashan Arzoo from Hyderabad delivered an insightful session on Resume Building. His talk was a masterclass in crafting resumes that tell powerful professional stories. With precision and clarity, he explained how to align resumes with specific job profiles, highlight achievements with impact, and avoid common pitfalls. Students eagerly absorbed his practical tips on using strong action verbs, maintaining clean design, and showcasing both skills and passion.

    The energy in the room remained high as Mr. Saket Goenka from New Delhi took the stage with his engaging lecture on Interview Skills. His approachable style and real-world examples resonated deeply with the audience. From decoding the toughest interview questions to building confidence under pressure, his session offered an insider’s perspective on how to turn interviews into opportunities for authentic self-expression. His advice on storytelling, professional demeanor, and stress management proved to be invaluable.

    The final session was an exciting journey into the future, guided by Mr. Kamal Dhawan from New Delhi, who presented a fascinating talk on New Age Technology. Students were enthralled as he unpacked the transformative power of artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, and automation.
