To impart Industrial knowledge and awareness about Workplace Readiness Jayashree Nair from Accenture conducted a Guest Lecture Programme for the trainee's Don Bosco Tech -DBSM – Karnataka. The event was conducted on 12th  Nov  2022. The session started with the trainee's self-introduction and about their ambitions. The presenter who herself was a source of motivation to trainees gave encouraging examples from her own life and inspired trainees to be self-motivator. She discussed the importance of positive thinking and attitude which brings optimism into life and constructive changes that can make one’s life brighter and more successful.

As the session started the trainees were asked to do a few activities on topics like Facing Workplace challenges with confidence’, new colleagues, and new cultures. The sessions continued with many more interesting topics like Handling Workplace Conflicts, Communication, Enthusiasm and Attitude, Teamwork, Problem Solving & Critical Thinking, Professionalism, etc.

All the traineees from various domains such as EV Charging Station installer, Data Center Management and Cloud computing took part in this session and gained from it. The lecture was received with admiration by the trainees and they also found the engagement, interaction and presentations very appropriate and useful.
