In Refresher training program trainers, center coordinators, state team members from various states come together in order to share their experience over the time at their center along with discussion on various issues that they might be facing during the training period and share the success stories of candidates that they have trained. This training program gives all the employees a platform to interact with members of other states and increases team bonding so that the entire team works together with one goal of training the marginalized youth and helping them come into the mainstream of the society.
