Domain Workshop

The Domain Workshop is organized for the facilitators of a particular domain / job role from across all centres of Don Bosco Tech in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME) of the particular field in order to help the trainers be updated with the latest changes that have happened in their field of expertise. This workshop is organized so that the facilitators can learn latest developments and forward the same to the candidates so that when they go for work after the training they are aware of the latest techniques used in their area or work. This workshop also provides the trainers a common platform where they come together to know each other as everyone has joined experience from different organization and can share their doubts or information related to their domain/job role in the times ahead.

Objectives

To update/standardize existing curriculum to suit the prevailing market needs.
To update Trainers Handbook, with more emphasis on practical training to build learners competencies to face the existing job market.
To develop necessary learner centric teaching tools to make facilitation effective.
To standardize the assessment methods and frequency of the assessments and also new ways of assessments which would make the student interested in undergoing the evaluation.
To identify topics for preparing a students’ handout which would help the students to retain the important information even after the completion of the course
To standardize the equipment list.
